The ConTact C.A.R.E approach was founded from a Martial Arts perspective; applied pressure creates predictable reaction, and the natural principle that pressure on pressure feels good.

ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release recognizes this by matching and recreating the trapped state of internal pressure. Practitioners are able to release these "unconscious" areas of the body and support the body's return to equilibrium and ease.

The Flinchlock Release method carries the understanding of the bio-mechanical pressure balance between the head and body, and how the body’s working pressure effects this. Together with the capabilities of the Self-Defence system and its’ response to surprise, shock or trauma to the body.

The Flinchlock Release method provides a comfortable, non-intrusive and supportive way for balancing the body’s systems.

ConTact C.A.R.E is a discipline that applies the Flinchlock Release method to

locate and release trapped pressure from the body.

Releasing this pressure allows the body’s natural processes to return to balance and ease.
